Privacy

Privacy information for website enquiries.

This policy explains what information Remote Ops receives through the website and how it is used.

Who operates this website

This website is operated by Maksym Shaposhnikov under the Remote Ops name. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].

Information you provide

The contact form may collect your name, company, work email, role, company website, technical context, business impact, desired timeline, preferred engagement type, budget range, NDA requirement and preferred contact method.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, production data or other credentials through the form.

Why the information is used

The information is used to review the request, determine whether the engagement is a reasonable fit, communicate with you, prepare a scope or proposal, and maintain a record of relevant business correspondence.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, abuse protection and Turnstile verification. The configured email provider processes form submissions for delivery to the Remote Ops mailbox. These providers may process technical request metadata in accordance with their own terms and privacy documentation.

Analytics

The first release is designed to use privacy-focused analytics only. No advertising tracker or cross-site behavioral profile is required for the website to function.

Retention

Enquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, communicate about a potential engagement, meet contractual or legal obligations, and protect against abuse. Retention may differ when an engagement is created or when applicable law requires a longer period.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your enquiry by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

International processing

Remote services may involve infrastructure providers operating in multiple countries. Appropriate provider controls and contractual terms should be considered when personal data is processed outside your jurisdiction.

Changes to this policy

The policy may be updated when the website, service providers or operating model changes. The current version and update date will remain published on this page.
